Intentionality sun wheels are a glorious way to focus your mind, your attention, and intention. Intention is simply a wish that you have about something you would like to see, experience or receive. And typically these desires are for the highest good, because whatever makes you feel amazing will spread more delicious light on our planet. Asking and intending is not greedy. Source energy is infinite and expansive.

And you are a part of that source energy

when you are connected to what arouses you. Not just people! Although love in all of its guises is super medicinal too of course. I use this tool often, you cannot focus too much. Where you focus you gather energy. So write in the positive affirmative but make sure you believe it. I draw mine and then decorate them to the gliettery Heavens. The more energy you put into them the more powerful they become. Infuse the essence of you into them and watch how this channels you energy.

Your hands are extensions of your heartline. So writing by hand is alchemical in bringing things into being through you love.
